Our swimming classes are designed to cater to swimmers of all ages and abilities. From beginner to advanced, we have classes to help you reach your full potential.

Foundations 1

Where your swim journey begins. Foundations 1 helps swimmers build confidence and strength after swim lessons. The focus is on freestyle and backstroke fundamentals, breathing techniques, and kick development for all strokes. Swimmers will also learn basic dives and streamline kicking

Foundations 2

Foundations 2 builds on skills from Foundations 1, introducing full stroke techniques for breaststroke and butterfly. Swimmers will refine freestyle and backstroke while developing endurance and strength. They will also learn proper fundamentals for starts off the blocks. By the end, swimmers will demonstrate basic fundamentals for the four competitive strokes.

Competition Prep

Competition Prep is for swimmers who know the basics of all four strokes and want to improve technique, endurance, and speed. Practices focus on stroke refinement, race strategies, and starts. Swimmers should be comfortable with starts, turns, and swimming 100 yards without stopping

Advanced/High School Prep

Swimmers will continue to refine their technique but also receive instruction that challenges their endurance to help them be ready for competitive swimming. Practices will focus on endurance, speed, and race strategies. Swimmers should be comfortable swimming 200 yards freestyle, and 50 yards of each stroke without stopping before this level.
